Privacy Policy

Top Spec Designs (“we,” “us”) is a small web design studio based in New Jersey. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use topspecdesigns.com and how we handle it. If anything here is unclear, email info@topspecdesigns.com and we’ll answer.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us on purpose:

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form on our site, we receive your name, email address, business name (optional), budget range, and the message you typed.
  • Email or phone replies. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can keep working with you.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social pixels, or session-replay tools on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use the information you send us to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and quote your project.
  • Deliver and support work you’ve hired us for.
  • Keep records required for taxes and accounting.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Third parties we rely on

To run a small business website, we use a couple of vendors that may briefly touch your data:

  • Netlify hosts this website and powers the contact form. Contact-form submissions are received by Netlify on our behalf and forwarded to our email. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts you see on the page. Google may log standard request information (IP address, user agent) when your browser fetches the font files. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact-form submissions and project correspondence for as long as we’re working with you, plus a reasonable period afterward (typically up to seven years for tax and accounting records). Old inquiries that didn’t lead to a project are deleted within a year. You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you.
  • Correct anything that’s wrong.
  • Delete your information (subject to our legal and accounting obligations).
  • Stop using your information for anything except finishing work in progress.

Email info@topspecdesigns.com with your request. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in California or the EU/UK, you have specific rights under CCPA or GDPR. Same email address, just say so and we’ll act on them.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Stored data is kept in standard business-grade systems (email + cloud storage). No system is 100% secure, but we take care.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be summarized in the body of the policy.
